Composite Pneumatic Actuators Resist External Corrosion

Composite Valves Comes of Age!
Since making its first composite ball valve in 1977, nilcor has continually provided lasting solutions to difficult valve applications. Experience gained over the years has resulted in the complication of a comprehensive guide to chemical resistence, and the development of a range of resin systems to meet the needs of handling different chemicals. As a rusults, Nil-cor valves are manufactured with a choice of five resin systems and six seat options.
Light Weight Valves for Hypochlorite Service
Nil-cor 410 Advanced Composite was specially formulated to provide a valve material that would provide maximum corrosion resistance when handling sodium Hypochlorite and difficult to handle caustics. Although light weight, this glass fibre reinforced Polysulphone composite has the mechanical strength required for valves that are installed in the harshest of working enviroments.
