Zirconia Lined Control Valve
An example of a 2"(50mm) Nilcor control valve, of graphite fibre reinforced vinyl ester construction, with Zirconia lining and solid Zirconia characterised ball. The fluid being handled is Hcl Slurry in a particularly difficult application at a leading manufacturer of inorganic chemicals.
Control is provided by a Neles Metso Intelligent Valve Controller.
Actuation is via an Epoxy coated Norbro Actuator.
